The Carmatech SAR-12C Hawke Optics Package pairs our precision-engineered, bolt-action, magazine-fed paintball marker with the proven Hawke XB30 Pro 1–5×24 SR optical system. Built around our 20-inch NEMESIS barrel, this configuration combines the SAR-12C's precision platform with quality optics and multiple aiming references for compensating for projectile drop at extended distances.
Before developing our proprietary Supremacy optical system, the Hawke XB30 was our trusted optic for years of precision paintball shooting. Its 30mm main tube, high-quality glass, and multi-point reticle make it a capable choice for serious paintball snipers who want a proven long-range optical setup.
Proven Optics for Paintball Sniping
The Hawke XB30 reticle was originally designed for crossbow trajectories, so its marked distances do not directly correspond to paintball distances. However, its multiple aiming references can be used for paintball drop compensation once the appropriate holdovers are established for your setup.
As a second focal plane (SFP) scope, the XB30's reticle remains the same apparent size as magnification changes. Its calibrated holdover references therefore apply at the appropriate magnification setting. Our flagship Supremacy optic adds a paintball-specific reticle with integrated target-ranging references and first focal plane (FFP) scaling, which preserves reticle subtensions throughout the magnification range. The Hawke remains a proven optical solution for the SAR-12C platform.
